The pathway below describes the first stage of engagement. Subsequent steps — scope negotiation, deployment — are handled on the Services page.

Day 0

Submission received

An automated confirmation is sent to the address you provide. Your inquiry enters the qualification queue the same business day.

Days 1 – 5

Qualification review

Apex reviews mandate fit, scope of interest, and institutional profile. Qualifying inquiries proceed to response; non-fitting inquiries receive a brief reply explaining the misalignment.

Day 5+

Direct response

Qualifying inquiries receive a direct response from Apex. Materials and commercial terms are shared on a per-inquiry basis, under confidentiality calibrated to the specific use case.

Five business days is the response target, not a queue ceiling. In practice most qualifying inquiries are answered sooner. Academic and partnership inquiries follow their own review paths and may run on different cadences.
